Pike Place Market

Pike Place Market

Pike Place Market was a trip. It was refreshing to see an open-air market selling all manner of fish and produce, as well as other assorted hand-made and locally sourced goods.

We’re pretty sure I had an encounter with a pickpocket. While I was taking a picture some homeless-looking guy started asking me about my lens. I didn’t think anything of it; there are a lot of homeless-looking-yet-highly-technical people in Seattle.

When I told him I was shooting at 100mm he started asking me about my camera’s performance at 99mm. His question smelled fishy but before I had a chance to think about it, my wife forced me to abandon both my shot and my shady friend by dragging me away.

She was rewarded with freshly-made macaroni and cheese.

Pro-family and anti-drug, when he's not too busy living with four beautiful ladies, he likes long walks on the beach and poking dead things with sticks.
